Job title: Fund Marketing & Investor Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and maintenance of presentations, investor newsletters, website, external media sites, due diligence questionnaires, and factsheets;

  • Assist Business Development team with completion of client Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”)

  • Management and maintenance of the firm’s CRM (“Customer Relationship Management”) database, alongside external (client and consultant) databases;

  • Participation in all aspects of client support, where required; and

  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

Key Competencies / Attributes:

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks

  • Self-starter and able to work autonomously

  • High attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)

  • Experience of databases for consultants and fund performance services preferred


Experience:  Prior asset management or financial services industry experience required.

Salary: £40k - £50k depending upon experience

Reporting to: Head of UK/European Business Development
